The covenants say no boat, RV, car, etc. can be stored on the property unless completely hidden from view from the street AND the neighbors. Storage sites are approved by the Architectural Review Board. If the board does not approve then you must seek off site storage.

Ashborough is trying a storage policy that allows such items to be stored in the backyard if it is up against the center of the house and completely covered with a camouflage tarp as approved by the ARB.
