 - Description of individual/s committing the crime
 - Number of individuals
 - Description of a vehicle, if involved
 - License plate number if possible
 - The nature of the incident
 - The date and time
 - Any damage should be reported
 - Any other known victims
 - Your contact information including name, address,

    phone number, and email if possible
